This property had an extreme slope and a major drop off in the area where The Frantz family wanted their pool and patio. We engineered and constructed a series of walls that were specifically designed to support the weight of the pool and patio in order to build on this extreme lot. The home had a rustic feel to it, which we mimicked in the materials and aesthetic of the pool. The end result was a pool and patio that was well connected to their basement entry yet also allowed access to the lower yard and gazebo.
