The Whites contracted us to build a square pool and spa inside the courtyard of an amazing modern home. The county would not allow more impervious surface area on the property so we had a multi-tiered Ipe hardwood deck installed around the pool. The laminar fountains are hidden in the deck and create a huge effect from the main front entrance to the home. The master bedroom opens up to the spa.

In order to satisfy the White’s wishes to create a clean and elegant backyard space that was both functional and stylish, we opted for a simple square design that incorporated IPE wood decking and natural stone coping throughout.
